Energy Efficiency Compliance and Certification Programs
Over the past decade, no component of residential construction has gone through more change than Energy Efficiency Codes and certification programs. As a RESNET Provider and ENERGY STAR® Partner, our staff of Energy Raters and Rating Field Inspectors are on the forefront of these ever changing developments. Whether our clients need municipal energy code compliance testing and inspections, HERS Ratings, Environments for Living® (EFL), or ENERGY STAR® for Homes, we have the know-how to help accomplish their goals as affordably as possible.
Safety
Jobsite safety is commonly overlooked until either authorities stop by for a visit and levy hefty fines, or there is an injury or death. Many of our clients engage us to perform jobsite safety evaluation and inspections. Implementing and enforcing safety protocols is a full-time job. Our staff are trained to identify safety issues and we can help develop and employ a plan to help reduce this risk.

Working as a team, continuing to improve, driving consistency, everyone benefits. Having a third-party who understands each client’s quality assurance objectives, and plays an active role in in implementing, educating and monitoring them is a valuable tool.
